In 2016, Oguike ventured into the real estate industry by establishing Yuandel Global Resources, a company he successfully managed before venturing into Fintech by establishing Creditshore Multipurpose Cooperative Society. As the president of Creditshore, he has effectively grown the company to meet the needs of small and medium enterprises, aligning its standards with global financial institutions.
